Changing the Face of Jazz
Changing The “Face” of Jazz is really what I’m referring too when I make that statement. Jazz historically only promoted/marketed to an “older/mature crowd” but in doing that we have not given the one genre of music that represents freedom an opportunity to touch it’s entire parameters. Most children listen to Hip Hop, R&B, Pop and that’s fine but what about jazz? Has jazz ever offended you, taken away from a moment? The answer to that is no, so why [...]
